Hi All

For years everyday when I open my eyes it feels like 10 seconds of freedom! And then crash bang wallop the anxiety hits. The mind constantly thinking from the word go analysing everything. The physical symptoms which I find really hard as I also have health anxiety. The palpitations, deep breaths constantly, tired eyes, nerves on edge and always trembling my leg up and down, all these and more on a non stop repeating vicious cycle day in day out. Feel so alone in my own body and mind. Are others feeling these things?

Pro tip from somebody who's been there and done that: stop calling them symptoms and start calling them sensations. Sometimes bodies just do stuff, and that's okay.
