hi all,
would just like to know which one works best?
basically, i'm scared to be taking anti-depressants or the kind cos whilst growing up i've seen what its done to a close relative. iv'e taken 1 yoga class so far, which has helped a lot, but would doctors have to put me on the drugs forcefully if i dont get better, do they have the right?

Medication never worked for me I am afraid to say so I took the natural remedies route.

They can't force you on medication no.

Hello Sunshine!

Nic is right, you cannot be forced to take medication if that is not what you want.

There are herbal remedies available and quite a few on here get by on those without going on mainstream medication. Have you had a look at the links to the left there under Remedies?

Rather than worry over whether the doc wants to put you on them or not, try and concentrate on your yoga and see how you go with that first - it looks very promising judging by your other post.

Each to therir own and all that but Rescue Remedy never worked for me :) x
