how do I stop receiving e mails?

every time I go into my e mail, there are hundreds of e mails from here. I have unsubscribed to all the threads, I have chosen for no e mail notification but I keep on getting them. What am I doing wrong?

AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!! i don't have it. I have unsubscribed to all threads, I have chosen to have no subsciption but I am still getting e mail.
Its not that i mind getting e mail but it is apain in the bum to delete them all. I am on rather a lot.........:blush:
