Mobile phone

I know this is going to sound so silly when I go out i take my mobile phone out with me and if i go for a walk and get a bit further than the last time i went out i take a picture of where i made it too. Then when i am down and think i am getting no where i look at my pictures and that helps me , encourages me too go a little further . hope this helps others x x :hugs:

Its always good to look back at our achievements when we are feeling a little down. I like to write down things that i have achieved, then i can look back, because its quite easy to forget.
