I went to a supermarket 8 days ago and people weren't social distancing.

3 days later I started to get a sore throat and sore glands in my neck and groin.

This morning I woke up feeling dizzy and sick (general bad tum). I've had a pulse rate of 90-100bpm all day and have felt like I'm struggling for breath. Terrified I have covid19. Or is it probably just anxiety?

That describes anxiety perfectly, but you would very likely have intermittent or constant fever if it was Covid. Even a normal cold/infection will up your heart rate a lot anyway, and if you're anxious your breathing can be effected.

Just keep an eye on it and call 111 if it gets worse.
