Pops in lower stomach when moving something

I moved something heavy today and heard and felt a few pops in my lower stomach, below my belly button. There's been some dull pain in that area since then. I don't really want to unnecesarily visit a doctor at the moment, does this sound like it would need to be checked? Or should I give it a few days to ease?

I've had this under my left ribs as well, it's related to digestion.
