Ovarian Cyst worry

Could someone advise please?
I had an ovarian cyst before, a few years ago.
(Discovered by ultrasound)
It was small but painful. Thankfully it went away after a few months.

Now I'm having a similar problem but I've forgotten the advice I was given last time.
With the current Corona virus situation I don't want to visit the doctor unless it's urgent and I know 111 is very busy.
The pain is sharp but only occasional and helped by paracetamol.
Does anyone know of any dangerous signs I need to look out for please?
I seem to remember sickness and a high temperature being mentioned by my doctor but would like to check?

Yes sickness and high temperature or severe pain that won’t go with paracetamol.
Often they go on their own.
