Morning everyone,
Hope it’s ok to post this here. I know myself when I’ve been struggling with anixety I struggled to find support but found some really helpful resources through mypickle.org - it’s a non-profit site that helps anyone in the UK facing issues like mental health find support.
Anyone can add missing resources or personal stories to help others. It’s free and doesn’t need any log-in or anything.
I thought this might help someone on here find help, or be a good opportunity for someone to share their story or insights to help others.
