I've never been a good sleeper and I've had a lot going on the last few months and now this lock down so my stress and insomnia is at an all time high.

Anyone else struggling with insomnia at the mo? I've cut out caffeine and booze, go for multiple baths a day to try and relax, don't use phone at bed time etc but still can't get a good sleep no matter how physically exhausted I am

I can't imagine how that must feel. it must feel horrible. how much sleep (if any) are you getting per night?

hope things improve for you. have you tried wearing headphones to drown out the noise?. I do that sometimes. works really good

I have been getting about 3/4 hours sleep per night, sometimes less. The best sleep I had was about a week ago when I got about 8/9 hours sleep.

Thanks, I always sleep with headphones in either listening to an ebook or tv show I have already seen or relaxing sounds
