Hi all thanks for reading. Does anyone experience body jolts/jerks in any part of their body? These aren’t twitches they’re jolts or sudden jerks usually around my hips, legs or shoulders and sometimes my head does it. It literally gives me a slight rock or jerk of the area it hits and this can happen several times usually before I fall asleep or am at rest and very occasionally even if I’m not trying to sleep. I have very very high health anxiety and have also recently started back on my meds which is exactly when it started. I have seen my GP and my chiropractor twice about it and neither are concerned. Of course I am finding it distressing and now I’m hyper aware of it. Silly because I feel my partner doing it next to me sometimes in bed too but I seem to do it a lot more. Any similar experiences wound be interesting to hear about. Cheers
