Hi guys and gals

I've just found the article on Vitamin B complex on this site and am seriously considering taking it. I don't really want to take "proper" medication so would like to try some alternatives beforehand and see if they work.

Can I take Vitamin B Complex (to re-balance my body as I don't feel its quite right at the moment) and Vitamin B6 for anxiety at the same time or is it one or the other?

Thanks :)

Hello.

Yes the Vitamin B's are supposed to be good for anxiety sufferers. I think there is something about it over there on the left

<----------------------------- under natural remedies.

As for the B6 + complex, I'd just go for the Vitamin B complex. I am not sure whether you can take both at once (I doubt it would harm you) but it's probably best to play safe and just stick with the one.

You could also check out which foods contain the B vitamins, and add them into your diet if they aren't already there :)

vit B won't hurt unless you take loads of it but it can make you feel a bit nervy/shaky. B-complex is the best option plus maybe a B12 booster. Your body excretes what it doesn't need - thus you get flourescent yellow urine etc.
