is it possible that you can have tension aches everyday? Because this past week or so i have had some form of ache, a few headaches, but the most common being aches around my eyes and down my face, i can't seem to shake them off. is it possible this could be caused by anxiety? any good relaxation techniques?
Please reply

Hi Louise,

It could be a sinus infection, if it doesn't go away I would see a doctor due to the location. If you put a really hot washcloth on your face and you feel better it could be the sinuses. Hope this helps.

I get headaches everyday:mad: and have done for years.

off to docs i went and he told me mine were tension headaches. He must have been right coz many years later, i'm still here, still have worries and still got headaches.
so in my humble opinion yes it is possible.

Hi..
I get headaches every month that can last from between 3 days and 4 weeks. I've been known to have a headache constantly for nearly 7 weeks. I went to see a specialist and they told me "I was one of those people that will just suffer from headaches." Mine can start off as tension but they can also peak into migraines (if i am unlucky).
Don't worry too much, if you are, then speak to the doc.

A good hard shoulder/back rub can relax you, other than that, i am still waiting for something to take my pain away too.

hi, i get tension headaches a lot, and quite often mine seem to be connected to me grinding my teeth at night. I also clench my jaw pretty much all the time which doesnt help. If yours are around your eyes then i guess its probably not related to this, but i thought it might be worth mentioning

You can get chronic tension headaches. My sister gets them and GP did loads of tests on her to rule out everything else before they settled on that decision.

She tried two lots of meds that didnt work but is taking amitryptaline now which seems to be sorting it. Its definitley an improvement on the years she has ahd to suffer anyway.

Hope u find something that eases them for you
