I am so proud and happy to be able to finally share this film with people. It has been a crazy journey from crowdfunding to this final release and I don't think it could have come at a better time. Now more than ever people need to know they are not alone.

As a long term sufferer or anxiety and depression this project has been a huge source of inspiration for me over the last 2 years. I have used this forum so many times over the years to help me and I really hope someone will get something from this.
