Tingling fingers and lips

Hi all,

Hope you are all staying safe in this current situation!

I was wondering if you could all help, I’ve been having some weird tingling/numbness sensation in my lips and left hand (tips of fingers) and sometimes the bottom of my feet ...wondering if anyone had this before or could help me figure out what it could be! I don’t want to google as I’m sure I’ll find something scary

I often have it right below my chin. I’m currently having it in my feet and ankles that’s why I’m on here :p

I had tingling in both hands and feet for almost exactly a year between 2017 and 2018. I was going through a stressful period in my life and I'm sure it was caused by me unknowingly hyperventilating. It is very very common amongst anxiety sufferers.
