Actual Sexual Feelings!?

I'm freaking out right now. I read this really disturbing sexual scenario question on Reddit. I was bothered by the intrusive thought at first, but I stopped worrying about it. But today, it suddenly returned and I actually felt genuine sexual pleasure from the thought. I even felt like the thought was okay! I know it could have been a variety of other factors but this still scares me. Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend this book, it’s brilliant at explaining intrusive thoughts and goes into detail on sexual intrusive thoughts in particular and the stimulating effects on the body. Knowing how your mind works often helps a great deal.

It's pretty normal imo. If we knew what people were actually thinking we'd be very shocked. People don't really talk about it or mention it so when it happens it's easy to think it's not normal.
