Constant Symptoms

Never thought I would be back here in this position.

I'm awaiting a test for something that is causing me this anxiety

My question is can you have constant anxiety symptoms

Constantly feeling hot, fast heart rate, diarrhoea headaches, cant switch the worry off at all. Feel wide awake like i have had 10 red bulls all the time.

Yes - I feel it in my chest - even when I try to distract myself the symptoms are still there which then brings my mind back to it and I start to panic. - It's awful at the moment.

Yes those are the symptoms I get with anxiety. I have just bought some Kalms Lavender tablets and they really seem to have taken the edge off it though, might be worth trying something like that for now until you get your test results?

Yes, I've had a myriad of on/off symptoms with anxiety - alternating or the same time. Waiting on test results can be awful, it is for me anyway. I've had terrible IBS, dizziness, feeling hot, feeling cold, racing heart, pounding chest, lightheadedness and more with anxiety.
