I have been posting a lot on here today (even though I am at college and I should really be doing my sociology assignment!!). I have been very very anxious these last few weeks but I have found that thinking positively and trying to help other peoples problems can be very useful in dealing with our own anxieties. This is what I have been doing today and I can tell you all it is really therapeutic and I hope I am helping others aswell.

Hi Matt,
I'm sorry to hear you are feeling a bit anxious at the moment. I think reading the posts in the forum helps you to realise that you are not alone, and offering support to others is very theraputic.
Hope you feel less anxious soon. :)
