Waking up with upper back tension

Hi, does anyone ever wake up with a tense, sore upper back? It's not sore when I go to bed and it usually passes when I get up and moving. It's just affecting my sleep and mood. It's not posture or strength related

Same here. Sometimes I'm so sore I struggle to turn over in bed.
