Hi all
I just thought I'd let you know of a very interesting series (in my opinion anyway) that I started watching on Netflix.
It's called "The Mind, Explained". There are only 5 episodes in the series, all around 20 minutes long.
I've watched the first 3 episodes and the one on Anxiety is so interesting. It cover topics such as Catastrophic Thinking, OCD, Panic Attacks and Social Anxiety and explains in simple terms what's going on in the brain when we experience these feelings.
It's probably a lot of stuff you already know, but it seems to explain it and put it together very well.
I honestly thought there were parts of it about me personally
