Swollen area on left forearm. Can’t tell if it’s tissue or the vein

Worries about a swollen area on my left forearm. I don’t know what it is, but my vein is more pronounced because of it. I don’t know if it’s the vein, tissue, or both. The vein is protruded about 2 inches in length. The rest of the vein on the arm seems fine. Obviously worried about a clot or something.

I've seen a clot before, someone I knew had one. It ballooned. It was unmistakable! I think you're okay.
