Is this erythrodermic psoriasis or eczema

I have eczema and have done forever however had a big flare up due to stress. I have read about erythrodermic psoriasis which is deadly and fatal. It has cleared up a little.

I normally wouldn't suggest googling... but I am pretty sure you have already done that...

Google the psoriasis and look at the pictures... I think you would 100% agree that you do not have it... I would put a photo on this thread but I deem it unsuitable for the forum.

Have you been washing your hands a lot lately? It could be from soap, a kind of contact dermatitis.
