Multiple bms daily

Does this sound like ibs? To start with I have extreme anxiety since the end of January. Lately I’ve been either having multiple soft bms daily, diahrrea all day, urgent soft and diahrrea after eating. Also have pain and cramps above and below belly button most of the time. Reflux too.
