Hi everyone I’m I have been on this forum a few years ago probably around 13 years ago, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks I have been good for a long time but lately I feel like I’ve just taken a few steps back, I turned 35 in the week I’m married and have a beautiful baby girl that’s almost 2 years old , looking forward to meet so like minded supportive friends.
