Bleeding after vaginal Ultrasound

Hi guys,

I had an vaginal ultrasound today to check for an ovarian cyst that has been present for 6 months. The cyst looks like it is getting smaller but oddly enough, I bleed a tiny bit after the exam. I have had many ultrasounds in the past and this is the first time this has happened. My endometrial lining is 5.2, so it's borderline. I am a little worried and wondering if this has ever happened to anyone. Thanks

Completely normal. In fact, you could have spotting for a week. If it lasts longer than that, call into the doc.

Iv bled after vaginal ultrasounds I have had loads of them due to cysts and pregnancies also bleed after smears. Totally normal nothing to worry about x
