Back pain!

So I’ve had a few problems recently, which all cleared up! However last two day’s my back has been killing me I am currently on furlough and have been for 3 months and I’ve sat around for 3 days and I’ve done nothing, I’ve had an MRI in the past which came out fine and got told it’s postural so trying not to slip down the hole again
