Nausea everyday

Hi all
I'm sure as you are all aware that feeling any kind of sickness or pain with health anxiety means something bad so I'm just looking for similar experiences to try and help me looks at things more sensible, so for the last 2 weeks I been feeling sick everyday throughout points of the day, I'm still eating etc but I do suffer from a lot of mucus getting stuck in the back of my throat so I was wondering if I could be that or I have been drinking a lot of pepsi and I do tend to eat very late at night and then sometimes 15mins later I go bed

For the past few years I've been having bouts of nausea that stays there for a week, 24/7. Turned out that I have GERD and chronic gastritis and that those are just flare ups. You might have Gerd or silent reflux, look up the symptoms
