Back and tummy ache. Panic setting in. Please help.

I know I shouldn't have done it but I googled back ache with tummy ache and of course I found it can be a symptom of ovarian cancer which has always been my greatest dread. Also pancreatic cancer and as I have type 2 diabetes I am at higher risk . It does say bloating and back ache and I haven't really got bloating, just a bit of tummy ache occasionally but my back aches a lot. There is no way I have list any weight! I have irritable bowel syndrome so I am hoping this is what it is. Please someone say something to bring me down out of this latest panic.

Backache and upset stomach are two of the commonest complaints there are. This is so much more likely to just be IBS than anything else.

Thank you. This is what I am hoping but the fact that I have both together is worrying me. Sometimes it feels a bit like period pains used to feel but I am way too old for that.

IBS can cause back pain, though.
