Hello on lots of meds for anxiety depression started to drink every other days making it far worse pure panic staying in house not going out need advise love to start walking

I think the first thing you're going to have to do is stop the drinking. Drinking every day can pretty much cancel out the effects of any anxiety meds that you are taking. And depending on the med (if they're benzodiapenes), it can even be dangerous.
