I was downstairs and i was looking down at the table making food and i felt uneasy and lightheaded.
I felt extremely dizzy 2 days before but i was okay until now.
What is this?

Then go to the doc. My guess is you have fluid in your ears from allergies and/or getting migraines from your allergies.
