Eye lid

Hi all hope everyone is safe and well
I have an eye lid twitch that has been on and off for several months now it started after a period of stress my mother had a breakdown back in feb and it’s been
on and off since .. it’s my right eye lid just flutters .. I notice it and can feel it when it starts it’s driving me insance im
obsessing it’s some crazy neuro symptom . It sometimes waters to.

I no your not doctors but isit common to last this long. Isit all really down to
anxiety ?

I remember it happening even as a kid, still does when I’m tired or stressed... out frankly if it feels like it. My husband get twitches in his eye lids, and under the eye too - I find those ones more annoying.

The body just does things sometimes, I’ve always considered it normal. Once it starts though I know it will be around for ages.

I've had them last on and off for months, yes, it's never anything to worry about.

Same here had it for several months in my early 20's, still here 40 years later :)
