Need help ASAP please

Hi I've been on lorazepam 2mg for 2 weeks now I didn't find much benefit from it so my doctor put me back on 2mg diazepam twice a day. I've taken my lorazepam 1mg this morning and 6 hours later 2mg diazepam. Can I take another 2mg diazepam in another 6 hours. I don't know what to do because I'm not sure if it's safe mixing benzos but I gave 6 hours apart from my lorazepam then took a diazepam.

It won't be a problem, although there may be some increase in sedation. Avoid potentially risky activity such as driving if affected.

However, don't take it unless you need it. While BZDs are very effective they actually worsen the underlying brain issue that manifests as anxiety (also depression). Antidepressants and/or therapy are a better bet in the longer term.
