Mole worries

Hi guys, first time posting but I've been using this site for years now. I suffer with health anxiety and skin cancer is my absolute trigger. I have a mole on my arm, I've had it aslong as I can remember, I'm pretty certain it hasn't changed but it used to have a hair and now it doesnt, so obviously I googled and im now in full blown panic. Has anyone else had this?

so you have had it as long as you can remember and it hasn't changed at all..... hairs come and go.

The NHS says to go see a dr if a mole....



changes shape or looks uneven
changes colour, gets darker or has more than 2 colours
starts itching, crusting, flaking or bleeding
gets larger or more raised from the skin



and your mole has done none of those..
