scared i am going to get food food poisoning? will 1 willl bit causes it?

please help... im soo scared i ate a bit of under cook chicken, i was frying chicken and i ate a bit.. to try. and then i was like i think its uncooked.. willl one bit do it?. i think it was just white.. hopefully, but i cant remember. but i left the chicken on for another 10mins after that
alos how long would it take to get sick?

You're almost certainly fine. You might be unlucky, but if the meat was white it really doesn't sound like it.

i hope it was white, i cant remember it was a small bit, i just ate the whole bit, so im not sure

I know it's tough, but if it happens, it happens. I've had food poisoning from chicken twice in the past year (a colleague who teaches catering got sick of me and gave me a meat thermometer ;) )

I'm more careful these days but it was a few unpleasant days, not the end of the world.
