Brain tumor fear

Hi, since February I have had a weird sensation of head pressure and brain fog. I was prescribed antibiotics for possible sinus infection, which did not help. Allergy meds and Advil do not help either. This past week things got really bad— I started having severe headaches and heart palpitations and am easily fatigued. My head alternates between feeling pressure and no pain to then a severe headache and facial numbness. I’m so scared about a brain tumor. I had a sinus CT done years ago and am worried the radiation from the scan caused cancer. Has anyone experienced something similar? I’m really scared about this feeling. For reference, I’m a 21 y/o female.

Have you been to see a doctor? My friend gets numbness and a severe headache all the time, and he doesn't have a brain tumour, just very severe migraines.

I’ve gotten lip numbness with my headaches before. It was off and on. The doc said it could be due to nerve inflammation from swollen sinuses.
