I had some blood tests as felt like my hormones were off (headaches and acne) and they all came back fine apart from prolactin. I was so anxious during this time that something might come back to indicate some kind of cancer that I ended up down a ovarian cancer Google rabbit hole.
A week or so after reading the symptoms I’ve had this horrendous bloating feeling in my lower tummy, almost like a tight dragging feeling. I do have IBS but don’t tend to suffer bloating, it’s been there for about 5 days now, and does disappear sometimes. It’s worse in the morning but so is my awareness. Could this all be subconsciously in my head? The symptoms came on very suddenly. I’m so terrified it’s ovarian cancer but feel like I’m constantly going to the doctors at the moment for different things.
I’m 26 y/o but have read around 170 people in my age group get ovarian cancer per year in the uk. please help :(
