Hi, i 've completed two course on dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and anxiety associated with pain. It has done a lot good for me with mood and the social phobia i experience. Just wondering is there anything i can do to keep the momentum going?? e.g. to get out and about when not helping with work.
I do have a free leisure pass, but I feel that i'm not interested enough in those activities to be able to use it. But i do enjoy exercise and this has helped me alot.
An good social activities, groups for somebody with anxiety?? Any help greatly appreciated.
