So interesting and explains so much to me about why i suffer, my mum was and still is a constant worrier over health issues where as my late dad couldn’t have cared less about any of it, wish i had inherited more than just his curly hair!

Not trivialising nor downplaying CV, and I am still sticking to the same ongoing rules (including the new face mask rule that came in in England yesterday), but I don't really get that worked up about the virus anymore, especially as a lot more is now known about it compared to say, back in March.

Personally, by the time it had all finally petered out, I shall feel proud to have lived through it all and hopefully it should make the vast majority of us more resilient in the future.

I'm with you @Lencoboy. My health anxiety hasn't got any worse since the virus; mostly because like you that's not really one of my fears. In fact I'm killing that agoraphobia beast every day by getting up and going out. I can't wear a mask feels like I'm suffocating. Slap me with a fine if need be but I don't go near people anyway. I'm out and about with the camera.

I've actually conquered mental health through this instead of being beaten by it.
