I'm a 31 year old female. I've been having chest pressure, reflux and back pain all day. I haven't thought much of it, but I keep waking up tonight with a cold weird sweat and now I'm panicking that I'm having a heart attack. I had an EP study done in january because of rhythm abnormalities and it was normal. I had a calcium CT last year in June and it was clear. Should I still be concerned or is my risk too low. Scared to go to we during pandemic.

If you've been cleared medically, there's really nothing to worry about.

Reflux causes chest pressure and chest/back pain. The real cause is obviously something far less sinister than a heart attack. And if you were having a heart attack, you wouldn't wonder IF you were having one, you'd know.

Thank you! You're right. I haven't seen my cardiologist since January and I'm at a lightly higher risk of scad due to connective tissue disease. It comes out of the blue and that's what I'm worried about. It's still pressure and pain in my chest and arms today and I'm so sick to my stomach.
