I'm just curious if anyone with HA has ever experienced strong muscle spasms (almost a strong vibrating sensation) in your chest while sleeping. Quite often I will wake up with my chest muscles doing this. Last night was probably the worst it has been. It felt like my back muscles were doing it also but normally it's only my chest. I would fall back asleep only to have it happen again. Normally it only happens towards morning. Not sure if this is more psychological of physical. It never happens during the day although I do have some muscle twitches here and there. Thanks for your thoughts.:)
