Twitching in head?

Hi guys,

So i've been worrying about this for a while now, i keep getting a twitching/pulsating feeling in my head on both the right and left sides above my ear. It feels like something popping out of my head, kind of like a spasm. It comes and goes throughout the day. it's been happening for years now and was wondering does this happen to any of you as well? i also have been dealing with bad anxiety for years now so can it be due to this? ive been ignoring it for all these years (about 5 yrs now) and i just cant deal with it anymore and i'm afraid it is something more serious... also i dont know if im just worrying for no reason.

please comment below if u also deal with this so im not alone and what could possibly be causing it :(

Yes, I get twitching on my head above my ears, sometimes it even makes my teeth chatter. I think it is anxiety/stress or grinding your teeth at night... lots of possible causes, but nothing sinister, so I've been told.
