Cant breathe

For a second it felt like my heart breathing system stopped and im finding it hard to breathe. Im breathing in and out deeply and im scared im gonna faint wth is this?

This doesnt feel anxiety related at ALL.

It certainly can be anxiety related.

With anxiety you can get alsorts of horrible feelings that sounds like anxiety to me try and relax, tell yourself its anxiety and if you really don't think it is go and seek medical advice, just take it easy try not to overthink it xx
