Hi Everyone
I have claimed incapacity benefit for some time now due to depression, I had to fill in a IB50 and go for a medical, the result is that I failed the medical I got 9 points and you needed 10 points minimum to pass pca.
I have sent the appeal off, because I have decided to appeal against the decision, I am just so nervous, anxious etc because I do not know what to expect really. What happends next, does anyone know?
I just wondered if anyone else has been in my postion and have been to one of these appeals, I would just like to know your experiences.
