Burning mouth syndrome

Does anyone else experience this? Feeling as if the inside of my mouth has been scalded and sore - upper palate, gums, sometimes edge of tongue.Occasional hot drinks seem to burn, and eating a piece of toast felt like it was scraping my palate. Not constant but intermittent over the last couple of days. I do have fibromyalgia which by all accounts can contribute to this, and have been pretty stressed out this week with anxiety and mild depression. All seems to be cumulative and perhaps I'm in a burn-out after the last few months .Not sure what to do to ease it ... if you get this and have any suggestions they would be most welcome.

Hi Dorabella.. I have that condition, With me it seems to come and go and lack of sleep and high anxiety seem to start it off.. Aside from cooling drinks I use Coconut oil on inside of lips and corners of mouth where it also gets sore .
