I'm just wondering if anyone has anything similar? Is this DP or a seizure or what? I've had these episodes over the past few years. Haven't really been concerned about it since it happened infront of my friend and he asked if i was ok and whether I have seizures, now i'm really worrying about it. What happens is I stare into space , my vision gets blurred and double, can't concentrate. I AM aware of everything that's going on around me and can shake out of it a little bit when I'm realising what's going on, but it takes a while. It makes me feel quite tired afterwards and I notice I have them more when I'm stressed/tired. Went to see a doctor and chiropractor, about it both don't seem worried and they both think it may be due to my migraines since I have a small headache and visual disturbances afterwards. Although, I'm not convinced, I'm not sure whether you all have something similar? Feels like something gets disconnected from my brain.
