Red spot on leg with brown. Skin cancer??

I’m freaking out. It’s only been there two days but I’m worried it could be skin cancer or something

I mean, it's probably not.

There are any number of things it's more likely to be. A bite, a small injury, some sort of benign skin condition such as eczema...

Obviously nobody on here can know whether it's cancer or not, but it doesn't sound at all likely.

If it grows or if it's not getting better in two weeks then perhaps ask your doctor.
