It’s been a really long time since I’ve posted on here.
I haven’t been doing too badly and have managed to keep my anxiety and panic attacks to a minimum, however, about a week ago I have just been feeling so dizzy and have these weird feelings in my legs and arms.
So, i went to the doc and had a battery of tests which only told me I have a vitamin D deficiency and high BP, which I’m already treating. I had a couple of days off work and have returned today and really thought I was over it but I’m not. Still dizzy and such restless limbs I can’t bear it.
I am on 150mg Venlor and Alzam when needed. I don’t know what to do to get rid of these feelings. I just want to get back to normal 🥺.
The doctor prescribed rivotril, anyone had any experience with this medication?
