Please help - anxiety out of control

I posted last night about twinges in my top right abdominal area. I just had another, smaller twinge, but it was right in the center almost, near where I think my greasy bone would be. The twinges are getting smaller. Should I be worried?

I’m not a doctor, but I’d think if it were a serious problem then the twinges would be getting worse, not better. Could be just a muscle strain?
