Hey everyone I’m Matt, I’m an 18 year old male and I’ve been having these twitches for about 2 years now. Legs, arms, sometimes a tiny bit in the face, neck, chest, almost literally everywhere.
I’m not sure what’s causing it!! I’ve been to the doctor and had a blood test, urine test and everything came back fine. The only thing that stood out was Low vitamin D, which I am now taking supplements for. I also take magnesium sometimes.
It really bothers me and it comes and goes. I’ve been told it’s not anything serious by people but it’s been 2 years now! It’s just annoying and I don’t understand it. I sometimes also get muscle pains and then I scare myself thinking I have a brain or nerve problem.
Anyone have twitches?
