Is anyone else always freezing cold. Have had thyroid checked and all was good. Feet and hands are cold and I’m almost shivering in a 75 degree room. Has been going on for a while now.
My toes are currently cold right now, not entirely sure whether it's down to poor circulation or just anxiety really.

How long is a while? Couple of hours, couple of months?
What is your diet like? Are you doing a low carb routine?
