This stinks. I’ve been doing so, so well with my health anxiety (thanks to my pal Paxil) but I missed a dose accidentally yesterday and I’ve had a terrible HA relapse tonight.
I had several heart palpitations earlier today which immediately launched me into panic mode. I spiraled out of control way too fast and did the worst thing: googled. You’d think I’d learn by now not to do that :(
Now I’m sitting here trying to remind myself palpitations aren’t dangerous, while I notice every single slight twinge in my body. I’ve also had several more palpitations and just can’t seem to shake this relapse.
Think I needed to vent to some internet strangers who understand, So thanks for bearing with me
